You are not alone
Counseling for men navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and the patterns they can't seem to break.
Why start therapy?
Most of us don't reach out to a therapist because of one hard day. We reach out because something we've been carrying for a long time has stopped working, a way of coping, a pattern, a relationship, or a version of ourselves we can't seem to change no matter how hard we try.
Often the things we struggle with started as solutions. A way to manage feelings of inadequacy, despair, loneliness, or just the sense that we were different. Over time the solution became the problem, and it quietly reinforced the very feelings we were trying to soothe. Maybe you've overcome other hard things through sheer willpower, and it's confusing that this one won't budge. You know the reasons it should be different by now, but knowing has never quite been enough.
If you resonate with this, know that there is hope.
People walk this road all the time and find not only relief, but wholeness. I help men get underneath the surface of what they're struggling with, using evidence-based and spiritually informed practices, so that together we address not just the behavior or the mood, but the feelings driving it.
Often men come to me carrying a good deal of shame, and together we can work to understand it, so that you can hopefully leave a little lighter. I bring a therapeutic warmth and curiosity that helps my clients feel at home. I hope we can work together.
What I treat:
These are the areas I work with most often. Everything you bring is met without judgment and held in confidence.

Compulsive behaviors: Sexual addiction and pornography · Compulsive masturbation · Compulsive internet, gaming, and social media · Relationships with AI companions
If you or your spouse are struggling with any of the above and want help, reach out to schedule a phone consultation to see if it makes sense to work together.
